WHITTLE
Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2026 · [PENDING LEGAL REVIEW]
The service
Whittle, operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] ("we"), helps meeting organisers find a time that works: attendees mark when they are not available, and Whittle ranks the remaining slots and sends calendar invitations once the organiser confirms. These terms govern your use of the service as an organiser.
Your account
You must provide accurate account details and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. One organiser account per organisation is supported at present.
Attendee data you provide
You confirm you are entitled to give us the attendee names and email addresses you enter — typically because the attendees are your clients or colleagues expecting to schedule this meeting with you. We use attendee data only to schedule the specific meeting, as described in our Privacy Policy, and remove it 30 days after the meeting concludes.
Acceptable use
You must not use Whittle to send unsolicited bulk email, to harvest contact data, to impersonate others, or for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.
Availability and support
Whittle is provided on an "as available" basis during its pilot phase. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and email delivery ultimately depends on recipients' mail systems.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service, including missed meetings. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Irish law. [LIABILITY CAP — LEGAL REVIEW]
Branding
Attendee-facing pages, emails and calendar invitations carry a "Powered by Whittle" or "Scheduled using Whittle" attribution. This attribution is part of the service and is not removable during the pilot.
Ending the agreement
You may close your account at any time by contacting [CONTROLLER CONTACT EMAIL]. We may terminate accounts for breach of these terms with reasonable notice where practicable.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the Irish courts have exclusive jurisdiction. [LEGAL REVIEW]
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified to organisers by email in advance.
